"The thing that was really tough about that case is Jaxon's parents loved him just as he was. But they also knew that Jaxon was going to have a tough row to hoe because he had cystic fibrosis, and that possibly his life could be cut short because he had cystic fibrosis. And they wanted to make sure, number one, they could get Jaxon all of the health care that he needed and that he would be taken care of even when they were gone, number one. And number two, that this lab did the testing that they represented they were going to do and that this would never happen to another family."
