The plaintiffs, the family of Hernan Murillo, whom Aldous\Walker’s legal team represented, sued Walker Engineering after Mr. Murillo died in an industrial accident while working at a Frito-Lay warehouse.
In the end, the firm’s legal team, which included Charla Aldous, Brent Walker and Eleanor Aldous, were able to convince the jury that Walker Engineering was liable for its subsidiary.
