Part of the American Inns of Court Foundation, these Inns are focused on litigation and are committed to the ethics, professionalism, civility, and excellence of the legal profession. Invitation to any one of the 300 Inns only comes through invitation, and is offered in four levels:
- Masters: Members with the most experience who serve unlimited terms.
- Barristers: Members with considerable experience who serve three-year terms.
- Associates: Members with the least amount of experience who serve one-year terms.
- Pupils: Law students invited to learn from the more experienced members of the Inn.
