Brent Walker to Speak at Annual Course on Damages in Civil Litigation

Brent Walker is excited to be speaking next Friday at the Texas Bar’s “Damages in Civil Litigation” course.

Brent Walker will be speaking at the 8^th Annual Course on Damages in Civil Litigation on February 5. The course, put on by the Texas Bar, will be in Dallas from February 4-5 at Hilton Park Cities. Charla will be speaking on the topic of “Strategy for Damages in Voir Dire.”

Voire Dire is the questioning of prospective jurors by a judge and attorneys in court. It is used to determine if any juror is biased and/or cannot deal with the issues fairly, or if there is cause not to allow a juror to serve.
